Ursprungligen designad som en direkt ersättning för Gibson® EB-seriens halspickuper, har Model One™ hittat nytt liv som bas/diskant i multipickup-basuppsättningar. Genom att kombinera Model One™ med Split P™-, DiMarzio Model P®- eller DiMarzio Model J™-pickuper, kan du effektivt förvandla din bas till en bas-/diskantinställning med inbyggd kontroll av ljudliga extremer. Genom att skicka Model One™ till en rigg med ett 18-tums högtalarskåp och koppla in den andra pickupens utgång till din vanliga utrustning, har du skapandet av ett ljud med jordnära botten och skarp, transparent high-end. Varm, fyllig ton, ingen lera. För maximalt avancerad respons, prova 500K kontroller. För ännu ljusare och renare ljud, prova att byta spolarna från serie till parallell: volymen sjunker något, men mellanregistret öppnar sig verkligen och får en mer akustisk kvalitet.

By combining the Model One™ with Split P™, DiMarzio Model P®, or DiMarzio Model J™ pickups, you can effectively turn your bass into a woofer/tweeter setup with on-board control of sonic extremes. By sending the Model One™ to a rig with an 18-inch speaker cabinet and plugging the other pickup’s output into your regular gear, you have the makings of a sound with earth-moving bottom and crisp, transparent high-end. Tech Talk
Warm, full tone, no mud. For maximum high-end response, try 500K controls. For even brighter and cleaner sound, try switching the coils from series to parallel: the volume drops a bit, but the midrange really opens up and acquires a more acoustic quality.
