Inuti EMG 45TW finns två distinkta tonala alternativ: en enkelspole och en humbucker med EMGs ljudlösa förförstärkare. Enkelspoleläget är vår JCS-pickup byggd med keramiska magneter och stålpolstycken för en fyllig, varm ton. Humbuckerläget är vår populära CS (keramiskt stål) dubbelspole för ett stort, aggressivt ljud med ett uttalat mellanregister. En push/pull volym (eller ton) pott låter dig byta från den rika klarheten hos ett J pickup-ljud till fetheten hos CS humbucker. Denna sexsträngade baspickup använder ett 45 Extended hölje som är 4,5 tum (115 mm).

När du använder två TW-pickuper i samma instrument rekommenderas det inte att våra BT- eller BQ-system används. Varje pickup kräver en push/pull pott för att byta från singelspole till humbucker, så balanskontrollen som ingår i systemet kan inte installeras. Om du vill använda balanskontrollen, överväg att byta enkel-/dubbelspoleutgångar med en DPDT-vippomkopplare istället.

Inside the EMG 45TW are two distinct tonal options: a single coil and a humbucker with EMGs noiseless preamp. The single-coil mode is our JCS pickup built with ceramic magnets and steel pole pieces for a rich, warm tone. The humbucker mode is our popular CS (ceramic steel) dual-coil for a big, aggressive sound with a pronounced mid-range. A push/pull volume (or tone) pot allows you to change from the rich clarity of a J pickup sound to the fatness of the CS humbucker. This six string bass pickup uses a 45 Extended housing that is 4.5 inches (115mm).

When using two of TW Pickups in the same instrument it is not recommended that our BT or BQ Systems be used. Each pickup requires a push/pull pot for switching from single coil to humbucker, so the balance control included with the system can’’t be installed. If you want to use the balance control, consider switching single/dual coil outputs with a DPDT toggle switch(s) instead.
